By using the services provided by We Kongsi, you (member) agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Members agree to share their medical data, medical documents, or health screening report documents to We Kongsi.
• Members consent to We Kongsi sharing their supporting documents with our related partners. Our third-party medical team will use the medical data for study and analysis purposes.
• Members agree to allow our partners to contact them via We Kongsi web application for any necessary follow-up or consultation.
• Any chat or consultation will take place directly between the member and the third party (our partner). We Kongsi will not get involve in these chats.
• Any system-related issues will be handled by We Kongsi. However, We Kongsi is not responsible for the outcome of consultations.
• The consultation provided is intended to offer our members a reference or a second opinion. The advice will be tailored based on the medical reports submitted by the members.
