We Kongsi Terms & Conditions
- I understood that as the Account Owner of the Member, it was my responsibility to manage my Member account including payments, status, and benefits.
- I fully comprehended and acknowledged that I created the Member account.
- I confirmed that the Member I created was healthy at that time and did not have any pre-existing conditions.
- I had read, understood, and agreed to comply with the We Kongsi’s Program Guidelines.
- I was aware that two types of payments were required to complete the sign-up process for my Member: the Membership Fee and the Sharing Account opening fee.
- I understood that the payments were recurring and depended on the package I chose. I was responsible for renewing the Membership Fee or topping up the Sharing Account accordingly.
- I was aware that the payments were processed through We Kongsi's partner, Curlec, and that the payment status appeared as "CURLEC MY-ECOM" or "CURLEC MY-RECURRING" on my bank statement.
- I authorized We Kongsi to retrieve all medical reports and relevant documents if the Member had any prior medical claims before joining this Program.
- I consented to receiving updates, news, promotional and marketing materials from We Kongsi.
- I confirmed that all the information I provided was complete, accurate, and true.
